An intake form will appear to collect your details - tick the boxes for the session type & inclusions you would like. For online sessions you will be asked to pay to confirm your booking. In-Studio sessions can be paid on the day. I do offer a free 15 minute energy check in and consultation if you need help in selecting your session.
