Before your session: Ensure you are well hydrated before the session. You can arrive a few minutes before the session to complete your intake form.

After Your session: Try to ensure you have some quiet time to reflect on your experience and insights after the session. Journaling or taking a few notes can be a great way to record the experience for future evaluation. Drink plenty of water and remain hydrated. If possible, plan to have a relaxing rest of your day with minimal responsibilities to get best effects and integration of your session. You may feel tired early - so plan to be able to retire early if that is the case. Please read your aftercare information that will be given to you.
