Before your session: Ensure you have a quiet place where you can relax to receive and interpret the messages and preferably where you will not be disturbed for the duration of the session - ensure your mobile is set to silent. Ensure you are well hydrated before the session and perhaps take some deep breaths, release stress and tension and ground yourself. Before the session starts, focus on your questions with the intention that you receive the highest possible guidance for the benefit of all involved. You are welcome to take notes through the session if you like.

After Your session: Try to ensure you have some quiet time to reflect on your experience and insights after the session. Journaling or taking a few notes can be a great way to record the experience for future evaluation. Drink plenty of water and remain hydrated. I will email you pictures of your spreads following the session. Please also set aside some time over the upcoming days to revisit the reading and deepen your insights into the meanings as they have relevance for you. Remember that whilst many times the cards will reflect your already inner knowing, sometimes we receive cards that re reject immediately as not relevant, don't resonate or feel like they could be relevant to anyone. Please take the time to dive deeper over the upcoming days - particularly after you have slept on it. Often our unconscious mind takes a day or so to transfer the deeper message & relevance to our conscious awake mind. If you have any queries, please feel free to reach out.
