You are using the track for individual use with no coached guidance - it is advised to have a family member/friend present who is not riding in case of emergency. No fixed wheel/freewheelers allowed on the track at any same time. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult at all times (spectator/ rider). Helmet and gloves essential. Please walk track prior to use to ensure safe to ride. Take extra care when entering and exiting the track area. Only use the track for the slot booked. It is suggested by BC guidelines that members will have a first aid kit available with them at all times in case of accident. You are not permitted to bring NON MEMBERS to the session. Accidents can happen. Even the most routine activity could potentially cause an injury.
