I have read and understand the LIB Discussion Room Use Policy. The discussion room booking period is open six (6) days a week. Students and employees may file for an online discussion room reservation for one and a half (1.5) hours. The available time slots can be viewed in the booking form (see blue button below). Proper decorum is expected from the users. Disruptive behavior and bringing in of food and drinks are strictly prohibited. A LIB staff will inspect the room before and after use to ensure that the furniture and equipment are in good working condition. Failure to arrive within the first fifteen (15) minutes of the scheduled time shall render the reservation null and void. The discussion rooms will close 15 minutes before the LIB officially ends its business hours by 7:00 pm. Responsibility to turn ON/OFF the LIB DR AC will be done by the patron.
