TLC Life Plans Coaching Policy Welcome and Commitment: Thank you for choosing TLC Life Plans as your success partner. We are dedicated to coaching you to your highest level of success. To ensure a productive and beneficial coaching experience, we require a commitment from you that you are fully invested in the coaching process. Rescheduling Policy: 48-Hour Notice: Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so without penalty by providing 48 hours' notice in advance of your scheduled session. Make-Up Sessions: Rescheduled sessions must be made up or gifted within 10 days of the originally scheduled date. Late Cancellations: Sessions not cancelled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-up sessions. Prioritization: It is essential that you prioritize your coaching sessions to receive the full benefit of your coaching time and/or package. Termination and Modification of Services: TLC Life Plans reserves the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: Dangerous or criminal behavior on the part of the Client. Inappropriate or offensive behavior from the Client. Irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client. TLC Life Plans will notify the Client of the reason for termination or modification, and such action will be effective immediately upon notification. Refunds: In situations where TLC Life Plans terminates services, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed. Any potential refund will be at the sole discretion of TLC Life Plans and will be subject to a 5% administrative fee.
