Authorization to Submit Order Referring Parties to Mediation

We authorize Rebecca Zima to submit an Order Referring Parties to Mediation to the Court. We agree to pay and understand that the mediation fees will be $ 300 per hour plus a one time administrative fee of $ 150. The minimum charge for a full day mediation is four hours and the minimum charge for a half day mediation is two hours. Payment will be required on the day of mediation and the total fees incurred will be split equally between the parties unless otherwise ordered or agreed upon.
