Hello, Please choose to book either an in-person appointment or a videoconference appointment. Just a quick reminder, only affidavits and statutory declarations may be completed online. I have no wiggle room with this, as that is what the law permits me to do. If you require a certified true copy, or a standard signature witness on a document that is NOT an affidavit or statutory declaration, you require an in person appointment.
